Chanhassen Fitness Revolution offers a variety of training sessions and an expanding selection of weight loss and fitness programs for Chanhassen area residents.
One of the things we pride ourselves on here at Chanhassen Fitness Revolution is our scientific approach to weight loss and fitness program design. Every workout is carefully planned with an annual training program in mind. This is known as periodization and is one of the many things that separates Chanhassen Fitness Revolution from its “competition.”
You can feel confident knowing that there is a “Method Behind the Madness” when it comes to how we design our weight loss and fitness programs. Our team spends an inordinate amount of time researching and testing exercise variations and workout templates to best ensure that we bring the very best weight loss and fitness workouts your way each and every day.
Lots of other personal trainers and “boot camps” simply seek to just beat you down and get you tired with no rhyme or reason behind what they do. This results in limited results and lots of unwanted injuries. However, everything we do at Fitness Revolution is based on sound exercise science and battle-tested, in the trenches, real world experience.
I’ve teamed up with my colleague and friend, BJ Gaddour of Workout Muse, and a select handful of other top fitness professionals from around the country. Together, we design the very best and most cutting edge workouts possible for our Fitness Revolution personal training and boot camp programs.

Abs, Arms & Ass
Chanhassen Fitness Revolution’s Abs, Arms & Ass Sculpting Program is a fun metabolic resistance training workout that gives a little extra love to everyone’s favorite trouble spots… If your goal is to trim your tummy, tone your arms, and tighten your but, AAA is the perfect add-on program. It also makes for a great option for our weekend warriors who have difficulty attending our weekday programs.
Abs, Arms & Ass training sessions are held:

Grocery Store Tours (Free for FR Clients)
Janell Yule, BS, CPT, FDN literally walks you through a local grocery store (Lakewinds) and teaches how to shop effectively for health, weight loss and savings. She’ll give you all kinds of tips & tricks, as well as steer you clear of “deceptive” marketing tactics that are designed to fool you into thinking something is good for you.
Book Reviews (Free for FR Clients)
Janell Yule, BS, CPT, FDN breaks down all the important concepts of some of the most popular nutrition and healthy behavior books on the shelves today. You can read the book ahead of time, or simply attend the session to learn all the main points and how to fit them into your life to achieve your goals. Plus, at each book review we’ll be raffling off a copy of the next book…
Workshops ($19.95 – $99.95)
Justin Yule, BS, CPT, MTE, FMS and Janell Yule, BS, CPT, FDN hold various workshops throughout the year covering topics in the areas of exercise, nutrition, behavior change, and personal development. These workshops range from 1 – 3 hours in length depending on the subject. Some workshops include food sampling, while others are workout based.
