Chanhassen Fitness Revolution offers a wide variety of class times and an expanding selection of weight loss and fitness programs for Chanhassen area residents.

One of the things we pride ourselves on here at Chanhassen Fitness Revolution is our scientific approach to weight loss and fitness program design.  Every class is carefully planned with an annual training program in mind.  This is known as periodization and is one of the many things that separates Chanhassen Fitness Revolution from its “competition.”

You can feel confident knowing that there is a “Method Behind the Madness” when it comes to how we design our weight loss and fitness programs.  Our team spends an inordinate amount of time researching and testing exercise variations and workout templates to best ensure that we bring the very best weight loss and fitness workouts your way each and every day.

Lots of other personal trainers and “boot camps” simply seek to just beat you down and get you tired with no rhyme or reason behind what they do.  This results in limited results and lots of unwanted injuries.  However, everything we do at Fitness Revolution is based on sound exercise science and battle-tested, in the trenches, real world experience.

I’ve teamed up with my colleague and friend, BJ Gaddour of Workout Muse, and a select handful of other top fitness professionals from around the country.  Together, we design the very best and most cutting edge workouts possible for our Fitness Revolution personal training and boot camp programs.

In addition, I have always felt that it’s important to know why you’re doing what you’re doing when it comes to fitness because it helps reinforce the implementation of the necessary habits to get into the best shape of your life.  That’s why with each new training phase I provide a blog post – Method Behind the Madness – to briefly explain the incredible, cutting-edge training program we’ve designed for our members…

Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp

The program that started it all for Chanhassen Fitness Revolution; Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp is hands-down the #1 weight loss and fitness boot camp in the Chanhassen area for people who want serious results that last a lifetime.  Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp is like not other boot camp in Chanhassen – it’s scientifically designed to deliver rapid results, injury free, in an incredibly fun environment!

Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp classes are held:

  • 6:00 am – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 7:00 am – Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
  • 9:30 am – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 4:30 pm – Monday & Wednesday
  • 6:00 pm – Monday & Wednesday

 

Cardio-Core Boot Camp

Chanhassen Fitness Revolution’s Cardio-Core Boot Camp was originally designed to help Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp members accelerate their weight loss results, tighten their butts and flatten their stomachs for a fat loss competition.  The members were so pleased with their results they asked if it could become a regular program.  We listened!  Cardio-Core Boot Camp is the only program in the Chanhassen with the SPECIFIC goal of developing a rock-solid mid-section while drastically improving cardiovascular health and fitness.  This unique combination makes core training way more fun and incredibly effective.  Get a fabulous set of abs without ever doing a sit-up or crunch again!

Cardio-Core Boot Camp classes are held:

  • 6:00 am – Tuesday & Thursday
  • 9:30 am – Tuesday & Thursday
  • 6:00 pm -  Tuesday & Thursday

 

Group Personal Training

Our REVOLUTIONARY Group Personal Training program at Chanhassen Fitness Revolution is the perfect blend of Boot Camp and One-on-One Personal Training.  It features individualized programming in a small group (max of 10) with all the energy and excitement of a boot camp.  Best of all, our Chanhassen Group Personal Training program is at a price that won’t break the bank.

Group Personal Training classes are held:

  • 8:00 am – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 10:30 am – Monday, Wednesday & Friday

 

Yoga

Yoga at Chanhassen Fitness Revolution is a unique mix of stress reduction and fat melting exercise for all levels.  Our no-pressure environment offers a comfortable way for you to get what you want out of yoga.  Whether you want to reduce stress,  increase flexibility, improve your sleep, or develop a leaner, more “toned” body our yoga program is just right for you!

Yoga class are held:

  • 4:45 pm – Tuesdays
  • More classes coming soon!
