IT’S MARDI GRAS!!!  For those who enjoy celebrating this historical holiday, it is an exciting time.  What you may not find so exciting, however, is the ‘Fat’ part of Fat Tuesday.  Traditionally, Fat Tuesday is the last night of heavy eating before the fasting of the Lenten season which begins the next day.
