Chanhassen Boot Camp Helps Feed 56 Local Families This Thanksgiving

Love INC, St. John’s Lutheran Church, and Chanhassen Fitness Revolution Teamed Up to Provide Turkeys for Local Families on Thanksgiving

Chanhassen Fitness Revolution teamed up today with Love INC of Carver County and St. John’s Lutheran Church in Chaska  to provide relief to needy families this holiday season with our 3rd Annual “Turkey Burner Workout.”  In return for every frozen turkey brought in by each Chanhassen Boot Camp member or guest, Chanhassen Fitness Revolution provided a free workout.  All turkeys (along with all the trimmings) will be donated to local needy families for Thanksgiving.

Vitamin D: The Sunshine Vitamin

The other day I shared a guest post from Joy Paley about Seasonal Affective Disorder.  There are a lot of people who deal with SAD on various levels this time of year; Janell and I are among those.  That’s why we take extra care to get in our daily workouts, eat right, take our vitamins, and supplement extra with Vitamin D.
